If you need a rust inhibiter this the product
Would Recommendfound this product to coat the oilfield pipes I used for my fence. I them painted the poles to preserve them before placing in the ground to preserve them. for many years to come. It went on quick and easy and required only one coat and the pricing was very reasonable.
