Would RecommendI purchased the R30 Rockwool. Expected delivery was 3-4 weeks, but actually arrived sooner than this. I managed to split the bats and acheived more coverage. Excellent soundproofing, insulator, and the material is pleasant to handle unlike fiberglass.
