Would RecommendThe 5 Ring cameras I bought were fine, but the customer service was very poor during the 2 trips to the store on S. Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa. Although there were many staff members at the front and various parts of the Lowe’s, I had to wait 1/2 an hr and 2 employees still passed the buck to others. Finally, the asst manager helped grudgingly. 3 other customers were furious and were complaining a lot. The store was practically empty, so they were not busy.

Goes offline
Would Not RecommendRing Floodlight keeps going offline for no reason. Troubleshooting does not solve issues. Support advise to connect to something you do not have. Some type of wifi connector.
