Ratings & Reviews for Ring Video Doorbell Wired - Smart WiFi Doorbell Camera with 2-Way Talk, Night Vision and Motion Detection

Good Features, Some Room for Improvement

The setup is fairly straightforward, and the app makes it easy to check activity from your phone. However, there are some areas where the overall experience could be improved, so I would rate it around 3 stars.

Excellent service

Easy pick up.

Easy wired doorbell replacement

I purchased a wired doorbell to replace the existing doorbell and had been considering getting one. When it went on sale decided to purchase. Have othe ring items. It installed relatively easy and functions as expected.

Very Happy with product. Easy to install. Nice full video in color.

Update Doorbell

This door bell works with already installed doorbells. It was easy to set up and get the app started. It sends me notifications when someone is at my door or passing by. I have noticed sometimes however is lags or misses a passing car. Overall works well.

Needs separate chime to hear in the house.

Super easy to install. Need a separate chime to hear anywhere except electronic devices..

Best doorbell ever

I waited so long to get a Ring doorbell and I regret not getting one sooner. It is the best thing ever! I can see when items are delivered, when someone is walking up to my door - day or night. I have the wired version because I didn’t want to have two doorbells next to my door. I had someone install it because I was nervous, but the job was done in about 5-minutes. It looks so nice next to my door, much better than the 25-year old doorbell that was there. I love that I can go back and check his...

simple to install

cost efficient, simple to use

Ring doorbells are great!

I could not hear my old doorbell from the back rooms of my house. I now have Ring doorbells and hear/see everyone who comes to either of my two outside doors. I can even see who’s around when I’m not and can run it through my Alexa, too. It’s great!

Great security camera

This Ring camera adds security and peace of mind. The notifications are sensitive and sometime catches someone walking their dog on the sidewalk, but I like that it’s doing its job. The video and sound quality are good.

Wishing I had purchased it sooner

I like how slim it's made, the view is very clear

signal spotty

its good for what you are paying for. it doesn't sit quite right on brick and the signal doesn't connect all the time even though its right next to the router, but dependable enough. if you are willing to pay more buy the wifi version.
