Ineffective
Would Not RecommendI purchased this trap through Amazon and assembled it per directions. It has been hanging now for a week over my milkweed plants where the wasps love to troll for monarch caterpillars. Not one wasp has been captured and not a single wasp has been seen investigating the trap. I’m sorry I wasted the money. I should note that the trap has caught many gnats and one moth.

I have learned to set wasp traps in spring to reduce the population in fall, when wasps are more aggressive. I actually bought this refill for the wrong trap. Would Not RecommendI got this trap at Ace Hardware (along with several other yellow jacket traps) and I followed the instructions to a T. I moved it a few different times and absolutely zero wasps/bees/hornets in the trap. The only thing in there is a spider. I actually had to hire a pest control company to spray around my house due to how many wasps and yellow jackets we have. I also purchased the yellow jacket traps (disposable and reusable +refills) and same result. I purchased the yellow jacket traps last year...
