Would RecommendUsed for generator hookup, works great, no lock, but that should not really be neccessary. Easy to install

Get the cord to go from this to the generator.
Would RecommendEverything worked as it should. Easy to install. Make sure you turn the breaker off to this after having hooked this up and not in use. There are male prongs under the lid and if the lid is raised. If the prongs are touched, it could kill you or a child. Turn the breaker off.

Reliance Generator Power Inlet Box
Would RecommendThe quality of construction is very good. Be aware, though, that this is meant to be installed on a flat surface. Trying to mount it embedded in vinyl siding is a real challenge.
