What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these windows for exceptional value and build quality that far exceeds expectations. Most highlight sturdy construction, easy installation with thoughtful flange design, and aesthetic benefits from tinted glass that reduces glare. Many were pleasantly surprised by durability despite initial skepticism about the low cost, with reviewers noting they would purchase again or recommend for both residential and non-residential use. A few customers reported receiving damaged units upon arrival, though this remains rare and unrelated to product design. Overall, most consider these windows an outstanding value.

Would RecommendSo we went in looking for a last minute window we wanted to add to a bathroom with little space. They had one we were going to get but it was so light and it felt flimsy. We saw this window so we decided to take it out to see it. It was so much better. It’s well made, not all plastic, there is a handle to open and close the window, etc.. it was pricier but it was well worth it.

Poor Product-windows have weep hole malfunction
Would Not RecommendBought (2) of the 4'x4' sliders and both have weep hole malfunctions straight out of the box. After multiple tries of cleaning and troubleshooting I am now faced with a decision to remove the window and the custom millwork around it, or try and make my own weep holes.
