Received with pieces broken and no help from Lowes

I ordered a total of six cabinets. The other five were fine, but Pull-Out cabinet arrived with broken pieces, one of which was the part that holds two trash cans. I contacted Lowe's customer service and was told I would have to return the cabinet and get a replacement. This was a special order and took a couple of weeks to get it. There was no other offer to assist. I glued the pieces together and hoping it holds up. Sadly it isn't a good look, but its in my garage.

Broken cabinets

We like the cabinets, it is the look we wanted and a price tag we could afford. However, it took many returns and many different shipments to get cabinets that weren't broken upon arrival.

Good product for the money.

Great product for the price. Easy to assemble. Only draw back was a couple of screws required a pilot hole that wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Doing so without pilot will cause the wood to split. (I believe this was the back panel.
