Broken cabinets

We like the cabinets, it is the look we wanted and a price tag we could afford. However, it took many returns and many different shipments to get cabinets that weren't broken upon arrival.

Good product for the money.

Great product for the price. Easy to assemble. Only draw back was a couple of screws required a pilot hole that wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Doing so without pilot will cause the wood to split. (I believe this was the back panel.

Damaged

Ordered two cabinets, a 36” base and this. The 36” came with the face frame damaged and a piece of the drawer assembly broken. Called support they got replacement pieces ordered and on their way. Go to open this box, four of the thirteen components were damaged. Three of them were the main sides and the larger bottom door. Call support again, while they were amazing and nice, there were no replacement parts available. I was instructed to return the unit to the store….. I’m sorry do you understan...

Bought this a month ago and it was easy to assemble and this finish seems to be good. Although I didn't have issues with this specific cabinet others from this manufacturer arrived damage from shipping and had to be exchanged.
