What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the mailbox post for its sturdy, heavy-duty steel construction and realistic wood-grain finish that requires no maintenance. Most report easy 20-30 minute installation and significant curb appeal improvements. Several note the included screws are cheap and insufficient, requiring stronger fasteners or pre-drilling. A few mention unclear instructions and a lightweight bracket that can cause wobbling. Despite these minor drawbacks, nearly all customers express high satisfaction and recommend the product as a durable upgrade over traditional wood.

Looks ok, but poorly designed.
Would Not RecommendThe look of this mailbox post is nice, but other aspects are poorly designed, and required a bit of modification to get a nice sturdy mailbox. First, this is designed to slip over a 4x4 wood post. The metal sleeve fits very loosely over the wood post, so it's relying on just a couple screws to hold it steady without wobbling. I drilled additional holes, then added extra screws. Next, the mailbox mounts to a fairly sturdy metal plate, which mounts to the horizontal arm via 4 small screws that...

Sturdy and handsome
Would RecommendI went from a highly customized mailbox to this and truly pleased with how well it went in and how it looks.
Mailbox post
We needed to replace our post that rotted. Very sturdy this should last us for a long time! Nice looking too

Good looking, stable replacement mailbox.
This mailbox post was easy to install and seems very sturdy. It’s much better looking and much more stable than my old one. Only drawback, the screws which secured the mailbox sleeve to the post both stripped before I could get them driven all the way in. They are still in far enough to hold the post in place, so not a big issue.

Not impressed
Products delivered broken! Had to return them. All of the employees were very helpful. The delivery service from new Jersey is awful. Broke two vanities.
As advertised
As advertised, this should be the last mailbox post I'll buy, very easy to assemble
Clean and Sturdy
Would RecommendLove the way it looks and was easy to install!
This did NOT say it needs a 4x4 post to install. The one I purchased at same time was a different project. I had to get another one.
Nice mailbox post, with small flaw
Would RecommendThis mailbox post is very nice and looks cool. I did not give 5 stars as the mailbox holder plant is attached to the post arm thru my only 4 screws spaced in a 1 to 2” rectangle. It should have another attachment to holder better the plate to the arm. Anyway, I just added another bracket to address the issue.
