What Customers Are Saying
The windows are generally well-constructed, energy-efficient, and offer good value for the price. Customers praised the sturdy build, attractive frames, and ease of installation. However, some experienced issues with the window screens or difficulty finding the right size. While most customers were satisfied and would recommend the windows, a few wished they had invested in custom options instead.

Wrong pane number
Would Not RecommendPicture is deceiving! Do not order this window if you want 4 pane! It is 6 over 6! I went back to Lowe’s to get the right number of panes and all they carry is 6 over 6! Very rude customer service they just shrugged and said take the 6 or don’t have a window.

Poor Customer Servicce
Would Not RecommendI purchased 16 of these windows for my new home that is being constructed 1 month ago. One of the springs has come unclipped at the bottom of the windows which causes the window to not stay up. When I reached out to TAFCO's customer services they response was remove the window and take back to Lowes. I explained to him that this was not an option. They were of no help. Very disappointed in this product. I wish I would have invested in custom windows. I would not recommended.
