Would Not RecommendThese knobs were difficult to install because of two design issues. Most passage (hall/closet or non-locking) knobs are made to be installed on doors both 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" wide. I purchased these to use on several interior office doors, 1-3/4". There are two small tabs on the rose portion of the outside part of the knob which are there to keep the knob centered within the 2-1/8" bore hole. Those tabs, on the several knobs I installed, were spaced too wide and would not seat within the 2-1/8...

Baron Entry Lock, self locking
Would RecommendI have been using these locks for years and have been very satisfied. Recently though, we have found that the handset lock will lock on its own. A real safety issue if children are in the house and you become locked out.
