Would RecommendMake sure to pre drill holes for the screws because the screw struggled to screw in with out a pilot hole. Note I was going into PVC pipe. It's a solid metal square though.

Would RecommendWe used this to hold our laminate counter top for our island hang over. We liked how it was attachable on both sides rather than glue and was the perfect strength. We are confident that the counter will not break easily now and was an affordable option to get the job done. The color is decent but black might be better if you have something that might show through.

Screwed directly into the 3/4" thick wood shiplap wall, but replaced some of the supplied screws with longer decking screws into the wall studs for additional support.
