Package was lost, was never delivered, Customer Service is absolutely terrible. I had to call seven times, every single time they promise to call me back, nobody called me back. I had to call back. It took me three days. Finally they reached out to delivery company and they told me that they will refund me for lost package. I never received the refund. Order was really large order, and it’s not a three dollar order, so I am really concerned about the Integrity.
