reploacement window

window fit beautifully and was a very good quality. delivered on time no problems. thank you

Price increase despite quality issues

Bought one of these to try out based on the mixed reviews because of price. Observed some of the rough finish, glass scratches and slightly uneven Sash closing ( bow in upper frame) as mentioned. Screen material was already coming out when unwrapped. Price increased 20% last week so it's no longer a good value for the price. Can get better made single hung for less now.

my windows were delivered within two weeks and I am very pleased with them

Best price best specs

I've purchased 6 of these. Install was super easy. They look great. These have the best specs compared to similar prices and some that are more expensive. These are your money's worth! I will likely be getting 18 more.

Customer Service Lies

I paid $1,056 for the set and was told by customer service it it went on sale with in 30 days they would reimburse the difference … they are now on sale 7 days later for $996 and Lowe’s customer service will not reimburse the difference.

Replacement windows

Great service and delivery personnel was amazing

Warranty is worthless

Bought windows in 2019. Included a "Lifetime" labor warranty. I now have leaks. Turns out that if the installation is flawed and you get leaks around the window, that is not part of warranty. See photos. Very disappointing.

WINDOW FOLDS IN TO CLEAN

GOOD PRODUCT

flawed half screen design

half screen cannot stay on top when the top window is open. The top window pushes down the screen.

One of the 3 windows is missing bottom grids

We purchased three of these windows, and after installation, we noticed that one of them only had grids on the top section, leaving the bottom completely bare. This design inconsistency is noticeable from the outside and makes the window stand out awkwardly. We’re unsure how to fix it, but it’s disappointing that it wasn’t clear before installation. Overall, the mismatch affects the uniform look we were aiming for.

Disappointed

These are Atrium Reliabilt series 3201 double hung, in my opinion low-grade windows. They work OK. The first sales rep came to take my order in November 2024 and then I never heard back from him so I had to start over with another sales rep, then the contractors had to come measure windows and it took another 4 months to get the windows in and another couple weeks to get them installed so it isn’t a quick process. it was almost April when they were finally installed. Plus, the 2nd sales rep...

Did the job

Easy pick, easy install

Ordered 2 windows, both scratched

I ordered two 3201's and both windows have scratches on them. It wasn't noticed until they were cleaned. They are in the same place. It did not happen during installation and the packaging was in good shape. This was obviously a factory issue. Trying to contact someone to ship me out just the part that is broken because it would be impossible to take out the entire window without significant work.
