Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the mailbox post's modern appearance and straightforward installation, particularly the height-adjustable design that eliminates the need for concrete. Many appreciate the time-saving setup process. However, most reviewers report significant stability problems caused by the two-piece construction, with the joint between sections wobbling noticeably when opening or closing the mailbox door. Several note misaligned mounting holes and confusion over front versus side mounting configurations. Some experienced missing parts or short screws requiring replacement. Despite these structural concerns, many customers find the aesthetic appeal and installation convenience worthwhile.

Missing Part
Easy enough to get in the ground, but doesn't do me much good with 0 screws included.
Looks Great!!!
Appears to be really sturdy. Looks nice. Easy to install. Made of galvanized steel. Rust resistant.

Extremely poor design
Would Not RecommendJust like another reviewer said, the welding of the bracket arm is very weak! Now, we will have to start again and spend more money....ugh!

Almost perfect, instructions insufficient
It accomplished what I wanted to do, which is replaced a rotted wooden post but something you need to keep in mind is when I dug down around where my post was, someone had concrete around it so I had to move the hole out. The instructions themselves are OK, but they give you double letters for all the screws and nuts, like AA, BB, but in the instructions they never tell you, which of these to use, there’s just an arrow and no AA or BB, nothing. You can figure it out. There’s only a couple of thi...
Great, look at your input area first
This worked great, we ended up having to dig out some older concrete/rocks from the previous mailbox, then use quick dry concrete to hold it in place. I would suggest a board or something on top of the plastic piece to mallet the post down if you don't have soft ground to dig it in. We couldn't get it all the way down into the ground with just hammering the post down, but we also didn't want to move our mailbox spot.

This post is great. We are using it to support a shared “library” box which is about 35 pounds. I had to add additional support brackets on the back. It went into the ground very easily!

Terrible Design
This is a terrible design. Where the post connects there are two small screws that hold it together. We had this post for just over a year and with the repeated use of the mailbox the screws on the post will not hold. So now the post flops back and forth and will not stand up straight. We tried to return it to Lowe’s and exchange it for a wooden one but since it had been over a year the manager would not exchange it.
