What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the railing's quality, ease of installation, and value for money. Most highlight the sturdy, heavy construction, polished finish, and tool-free assembly completed in under an hour, even by first-time DIYers. The modern white composite and aluminum finishes enhance curb appeal without maintenance. A few report dimensional discrepancies—actual length 92-93 inches versus advertised 96 inches—and occasional missing components or lack of printed instructions. Despite these minor issues, most customers consider it an excellent investment for the price.

Would Not RecommendMaterials arrived as a hodge-podge of nonfactory packaging consisting of palletizing stretchfilm and box sealing tape. Clearly, Freedom shoveled out someone else's return. For the parts that weren't missing, many were scraped and/or full of aggressive tape residue. Who will be the next "lucky winner" of this return? The kit from another big box store looks beautiful on the deck.
Have used before works great
Would Recommenddo not buy.
Would Not Recommendproduct delivery was terrible. it was wrapped in packing tape. not boxed. scraped up. looks like blue paint was spilled on it. damaged ends. well be returning it today. top rail is composite. bottom and ballesters are vinyl. i was very hopeful to use these, now ill have to find something else.
Order incomplete
Would Not RecommendOnly received 2 of 3 rail kits
Great product
Would RecommendEasy to work with, looks great and easy to clean.
Incomplete order, obviously used parts
Would Not RecommendI ordered three 8’ railings and received only 2, the sellers are listing it as delivered. The 2 that arrived came loosely packed in 4 2’ cardboard boxes taped together to make a 8’ box. The rail was dirty and scratched, obviously used without original packaging being sold as new. Buyer BEWARE!
Horrible service
Shipment never arrived please credit my account.
Ordered two received one ,damaged .
Would Not RecommendOrdered two 8’railings, received one. The one I received had apparently been returned because seven spindles were missing out of 18, the top rail and bottom rail were filthy and scratched up. I can’t hear you.
