Ratings & Reviews for Raindrip 5/8-In Plastic Compression Drip Irrigation Female Adapter
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the adapter for reliable, leak-free performance when used correctly with drip irrigation systems, highlighting ease of installation and versatility for various applications. Many appreciate the color-coded threading and compression fit design. However, a notable portion report compatibility issues stemming from confusion between pipe thread and hose thread specifications, resulting in stripped threads and leaks when misapplied to standard garden hose bibs. A few experienced cracking or cheap-feeling plastic components. Most negative feedback reflects mismatched expectations rather than inherent product defect when properly matched to compatible systems.

Would Not RecommendThese DO NOT fit a regular hose/faucet. These are Not the same thread so they were worthless to me. Who knew you would need an adaptor to make it work?? Do not buy if you want to connect to a regular hose/faucet.
Does not seal, buy something else...
Would Not RecommendVery frustrating... Does not seal. Used Teflon tape and different male hose ends, to no avail. Trying to find a different solution...
Nice adaptor, but need hose washer in
Would RecommendI bought 2 these adaptor for my irrigation system. They were leaking water badly. I finally figured out that there is no washer inside. Just use regular hose washer. No leaking at all. They are plastic but good quality.
