Best Knives Ever!
I was given an old Rada paring knife by an older lady that I helped take care of. It fast became my favorite knife. If I need something sharp and easy to use, this is my "go to" knife. I didn't know the name of the knife company until a few days ago and I immediately ordered a paring knife set and a Cooks knife as well. If you want something that is durable, well made and you will find yourself reaching for time and again, these are the knives for you!

Okay, overall...
The knife is great but I will have to file the handle down where my finger rests. The mold left a bit of plastic that pokes my finger. It's not a big deal, but I shouldn't have to modify a product, otherwise it would get a 5 star rating. I love the sharpness of the blade and the overall performance.
