Wow knives
I own 11 Radas and the peeler. I am a knife aficionado and have own many high priced knives. None of them holds a candle to the Rada knives I now use exclusively. Keep their very sharp edges with minimum fuss, easy to clean and made in the USA. I have owned most of them for over 12 years. What more could a good cook ask for?

Where has the Cook's Utility Knife been all my life? This a a smaller knife but handles like one of the large professional knives the TV chefs use. I've been a Rada user for years and years and just like all the knives, this one doesn't disappoint!
