Not Just For Scooping Ice Cream
I have used this ice cream scoop for MANY years--but scooping ice cream (no matter how hard it may be) is just one thing it is good for. I use it mainly to scrape the bottom of my pot when I cook grits, oatmeal, gravy, candy, cooked pudding, and anything else that tends to stick to the bottom of a pot if you are not diligent to stir it every so often or constantly (whichever the case may be).
