The " Best Tomato Slicer"
This is the only knife I use to slice tomatoes. It slices through the skin effortlessly for even thin slices....perfect for an Italian Caprese Salad. If their is one knife you need in the kitchen...it is this one. You will not be disappointed.

Rada knives: my favorite I use daily
RADA knives are extremely sharp and look beautiful. I use mine every single day, and as far as I am concerned there are no second choices even CLOSE to RADA. RADA are my ONLY knives. My recent purchase was an "emergency" purchase sent to my cousin's house when I visited for 2 weeks, and discovered every knife in her house hopelessly dull. I have been using RADA knives since the early 1980's.
