Would RecommendLove these knives! I use the utility steak more then the serrated steak. Easier to switch between textures of foods. Great craftsmanship and material. Comfy handle for ling days in the kitchen.

Medium length knife
This is a steak knife sized multi purpose knife, longer than the paring knives and shorter than many of the others. I like it although my paring knives get more frequent daily use. The blade thickness and shape are similar to the regular paring knives. The blade isn't as heavyweight as the cook's knife or the stubby butcher knife, but it doesn't need to be. I purchased 2 Rada knives through a fundraiser close to 30 years ago. I gave one away but still have the steak/utility knife, silver handle. It is my favorite go to knife for everything.
