My mom gave me my set about 5 years ago. Absolutely love using them. They are as good as the day I got them. Very durable. Use them all the time. Will be buying my grandkids a set.

paring knives
I like them a lot, but I thought I wanted the silver and I got, the black handled ones, I am not one to send items back to a company however I will be more careful and express what I want.

Knife handles
I love the knives. I did not know they weren’t supposed to be washed in dishwasher. The finish came off the handles of the knives. I ruined a bunch of my knives.

Knives
The knives are very sharp, it’s great not having to force a knife through a potato or having issues trying to peel them.

Cut to the chase!
Paring knives: very sharp and well balanced. I can't tell yet how long the shank is, but the blade feels very secure. What impressed me most was that Rada knives are produced in USA with USA-sourced material.
