I have used this knife for years, having found it the first time while browsing a hospital gift shop. This knife makes it fob to dice or slice a tomato! I have given them for stocking stuffers and thank you gifts. The daughter of a friend said “You know that knife you gave Mama? I want one!”I love this knife. (Hint. Do not wash in dishwasher as that discolors the handle. )
