Very sharp
Had this set for about 5years now and there still very good. The knive is so easy to sharpen and easy to handle. I use it for cutting everything. The peeler is super sharp and all my guests love to use it to peel potatoes when they visit. They love it , so I bought several sets for Christmas gifts this year.
