These Rada knifes and peelers are the sharpest knifes I personally have owned, I purchased a set for each of my daughters in law for Mother’s Day, best gifts yet. I have been using Rada knives my whole life. I'm in my '50s. Our to small rural church back in northern Michigan used to sell them as a fundraiser. Our entire family and friends have sets of them. Some of mine are 30 years old, and I use them daily. I have high-end knives in a knife block. I basically use themto cut open packaging -I know, don't judge. They are the best knives!
