Would RecommendQuality workman ship make this knife one that every cook needs in her kitchen. It peels even the ripest tomato without a mushy mess. It slices with ease. I have one, but with canning season here, I knew I needed another. I love all my RADA products.

Would RecommendLove these knives! I use the utility steak more then the serrated steak. Easier to switch between textures of foods. Great craftsmanship and material. Comfy handle for ling days in the kitchen.

Would RecommendI'm not quite sure how I came about knowing this knife existed, but I'm sure glad I found it. I never even knew there was a knife made just for tomatoes! I have my late mother's small paring knife that she used for everything and it's probably more than 50 years old. It looks like it's most likely a Rada knife also. Would RecommendI purchased the Tomato slicer after seeing Brenda Gantt using it on her Facebook page, Cooking with Brenda Gantt. Tomatoes are one of my favorites, and I often struggle with cutting them this knife worked perfectly.
