Ratings & Reviews for Quoizel Norfolk 11.87-in Antique gold Indoor 3 -Light Semi-flush Mount Light with Clear Glass

I'm returning the light fixture and bulbs.

I'm going to return the lighting fixture and bulbs, unopened. I'tom unhappy about the delay and re-scheduling of a toilet, delivery, and installation I purchased for $467.59 on April 21. See receipt number 2743136. I'm very disappointed about the delay and rescheduling. And you didn't bother to call me to explain the situation. This is the perfect piece for my dining space.

Poor design and instructions

The instructions aren't as thorough as they should be. Confusion on keeping the crossbar in cross shape and tightening center screws or aligned. Then, there should be a hook like on ceiling fans to hang it while you wire. Otherwise, you need two people, preferably with strong arms. It seems anesthetics comes before design and installation. Looks nice, but beware of the above.
