What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the flooring's stunning visual appeal, realistic wood grain, and effortless installation with smooth-locking planks and attached underlayment. Most find it beautiful, luxurious, and easy to install without prior experience. However, many report significant water resistance issues—bubbling, warping, and seam lifting after minimal spills despite waterproof claims. Some encountered defective planks or inconsistent patterns. Despite water concerns, most customers consider the visual quality and installation ease worthwhile, though careful moisture management is essential.

Would RecommendBubbled flooring
Would Not RecommendWith-in 5 hours of bottled water spill, it bubbled up, supposed to be water proof, im confused why? Spent over $2500 buying something that is disappointing, with false advertising on package. Contractor reinstalled, had to redo half flooring!!!! 😳 which means more money, out of pocket.
Flooring
Would Not RecommendWould not recommend this flooring to anyone. It looks nice with the design, but so much that I’m not a fan of on this flooring. It scratches and chips super easily. Raised edges from any minor water spilled, even with cleaning it up as soon as it’s been spilled. Can’t attest for the raised edges from the previous owners on how long moisture was present before they cleaned it up. I’ll eventually be replacing it throughout the whole house with something better for wear and tear, as well as moistur...

DO NOT PURCHASE. Buy something else.
Would Not RecommendIf I could rate this product with negative stars, I would. First off, we ordered a little over 1000 square foot of this flooring. Almost every box has damaged corners on one side, despite being delivered on a plastic wrapped pallet straight from the store. On each piece, the corners needed deburred , tremendously increasing installation time. Plan on using a scrap cut off to install with? Think again. Even with a soft rubber mallet you can't treat it like normal flooring when installing or i...
