What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring's realistic wood appearance and straightforward installation, with most noting the locking system becomes intuitive after initial planks. Many successfully complete large projects solo using basic tools and report the visual transformation exceeds expectations. However, some raise serious concerns about water resistance, reporting planks bubble and swell after minor spills or moisture exposure. Several also mention manufacturing defects including damaged boards and failed locking mechanisms upon arrival. Despite these durability issues, most customers find the aesthetic appeal and installation ease worthwhile.

Get the right tools!
Would RecommendThe first day we worked was frustrating and disappointing. The flooring did NOT snap together as we’d expected, so we made almost no progress. After that, we watched YouTube videos and learned that we could use an installation kit to safely hammer the planks together. Once we had the inexpensive tools, the project went together very smoothly. This beautiful flooring transformed my bedroom!

Laminate Flooring
Would RecommendInstalled, this flooring looks even better than the samples in the store. We are very pleased with the results. The grain in the flooring is beautiful and the light coloring of the laminate brightens up the rooms. The floors are easy to clean and look fresh daily.

East to install. Installed by my husband.
Would RecommendI love the texture and color!
It's pretty
Would RecommendWe love the floor, but there should be a few more patterns of wood grain so they can spread out farther.

NOT PET-FRIENDLY... NOT WATER RESISTANT!
Would Not RecommendI'll start with the positive and there is only one...it's nice-looking (we purchased a little over 1,000 SF of the Concord Maple color.) My husband did not have any trouble with the install although a bit time-consuming but overall not too bad! I initially loved the overall look of the flooring! However, one of the main factors that attracted us to this flooring was the fact that it is advertised as "Water Resistant." I like to think of myself as a reasonable person, and I totally understan...
Disappointing!
Would Not RecommendI have never written a product review; however, I am so disappointed in this flooring that I feel I need to warn others before purchasing. Let me begin by saying that when I saw in Lowe’s I absolutely feel in love with it. I took a sample to bring home to make sure that I would like it as much in my home. Since I was doing my kitchen, living room, hallway, and one bedroom I wanted to make sure I would love it just as much in my home. I took several samples and put them down in the various rooms....

not easy to install
Would Not RecommendThe tile are beautiful but the quality is not as i expected. The slots that are to join each planks together break very easy. Then you cant use them. Lots of expensive waste . Not very happy

Would RecommendThis is my third purchase of this same flooring in the past two years. Take your time ,follow the instructions. have all the needed tools handy and be patient. Tap joints together don't beat them and you'll have a beautiful floor

Good quality
Would RecommendWe installed about 480 square feet of this in our bedroom. It was reasonably easy to do with only a few badly machined pieces. We’re planning to do two more rooms so we must be satisfied.

I installed 1050 square feet of this flooring in a remodel. It went down fairly quickly/easily. Cuts easy with a jig saw, table saw and I bought a Guillotine style cutter so I could cut in the same room and keep the dust down. It gets REALLY dusty when you use a saw so cut outside. I would use it again. Price was right.
Didnt even last a 'key' test
Would Not RecommendScratched with car keys as a test. Good thing I didnt buy a palet
Terrible :(
Would Not RecommendWhile it looks pretty, this laminate cracks pretty easily and I've had the laminate pattern pull up from pieces. My contractor ordered it and of course, is having difficulty getting it to make repairs (or so he says). Spend the extra $1/sq foot for engineered hardwood.
