What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the flooring for its realistic wood-like appearance, straightforward installation, and strong value. Most highlight the beautiful finish, intuitive locking system, and attached underlayment that make DIY installation manageable even for beginners. The color and texture receive consistent appreciation. However, some customers report quality control issues including chipping at edges, warped planks, and inconsistent sizing that affect fit and alignment. Despite these concerns, most reviewers consider the flooring an excellent choice for the price.

Horrible delivery experience
Would Not RecommendDropped in driveway exposed to the elements after being promised it would at least go under porch if not in the house.

Won't Honor Warranty
Would Not RecommendPurchased this company's flooring through my contractor who did the installation in a new kitchen. Less than 3 months later it was peeling and chipping at all the seams and corners. There was no major spill on the floor and only regular, household, cleaners were used. I sent pictures to the contractor who put in a warranty claim but after many 'back-and-forth' emails to the manufacturer they still denied the claim and would not honor their warranty. They gave no explanation why. Don't trust...

Hi LorRic,
Freshly installed and already loved... that's what we like to hear! Thanks for choosing Studio + Spill Repel Glenwood Oak.
False advertisement
Would Not RecommendThe good was that it matched our existing hardwood floor in the adjacent room, the bad is that my 5 year old spilled about a half dollar in diameter of water and we didn't know she did until 15 or 20 minutes later and the one of the seems where planks meet swelled permanently and all the joints are tight. So for the product to be advertised as waterproof is absolutely FALSE.
