Would Not RecommendPurchased this company's flooring through my contractor who did the installation in a new kitchen. Less than 3 months later it was peeling and chipping at all the seams and corners. There was no major spill on the floor and only regular, household, cleaners were used. I sent pictures to the contractor who put in a warranty claim but after many 'back-and-forth' emails to the manufacturer they still denied the claim and would not honor their warranty. False advertisement
Would Not RecommendThe good was that it matched our existing hardwood floor in the adjacent room, the bad is that my 5 year old spilled about a half dollar in diameter of water and we didn't know she did until 15 or 20 minutes later and the one of the seems where planks meet swelled permanently and all the joints are tight. So for the product to be advertised as waterproof is absolutely FALSE.

Would Not RecommendI went into my local Lowe’s store looking for a particular type of LVP flooring. They were completely out not one box. The lady that works in the flooring department. I don’t remember her name, ordered me some specifically she said she had some coming in on a truck and she said that I would get 25 boxes and, would be notified when they came in. I thought that was really amazing. I got great customer service, left very satisfied.
