Would Not RecommendAs others have said, the frame in the front sits too low so if you are taller, you'll hit any small bump in your way. Also, the tray is good for 3 MAYBE 4cuft of material. I was comfortable with 3 to not spill, but doubt I'd make it without spill with 4. With 2cuft in the tray, the material is only about an inch from the lip. Overall good for the occasional light duty work, otherwise look elsewhere.

Getting Rusty
Would Not RecommendIf Lowe's is going to sell metal wheelbarrows they need to protect them from the weather. I don't appreciate spending $100 for something that is rusty.

Poor assembly.
The wheelbarrow had a flat tire on delivery with an inner tube not installed correctly. Also, the nuts to hold it together were all loose, lost a nut taking it out of the truck.

Would Not RecommendDid you want to haul stuff in this? Hopefully you'll have more luck than I did. After maybe six shovel-fulls of dirt, this wheelbarrow was done. It would not roll more than ten feet without me having to stop because it was apparently too much weight. Additionally, I don't know how you'd use this if you were tall. The part where the handle bars come together at the end drag the ground so bad. Wouldn't recommend, spend some extra money on a nicer one if you're going to be using a lot.
