Would RecommendBasic, well-constructed wheelbarrow. Due to outside storage at the Lowe's location, rust was starting to form around the outside lip of the bucket. Didn't appear to be structural, but it would be best if Lowe's stored these under cover or make sure that they're not collecting water prior to selling.
