Would RecommendSo far this tarp hasn't torn. The one I bought before developed big tears. I took it back to Lowes and traded the torn tarp for a new one. I have been using this one for about two weeks . It is holding up well .

Would Not RecommendPiece of junk. The grommets pull out so easily. The slightest bit of windy weather rips this thing apart. Save your money, do not buy this. Instead, spend a bit more at a local canvas shop.

Would RecommendI've been buying these for quite a few years, mainly to cover a utility trailer. I say quite a few years, because they are typically good for 1 year. My main complaint is that suddenly they have jumped in price about $10 more for a 10x12 tarp. I'm now looking for a better quality and longer lasting replacement.
