you should wear a big plastic apron.
Would RecommendOn a commercial project we had a square panel of 4" squares in a diamond pattern to make at the last minute rather than call the tile setter back. Our big tile saw was too corroded from lack of use so we bought this one and it did the trick. about a half inch of water in the well is enough. I used both the fence and miter slide it came with and made a couple of jigs from plywood that also helped keep the joints tight.
