Im not sure why people are having issues installing this. It was really dumb easy. All it is, are 3 wires. Black, white and ground. You remove old fixture, mount new bracket, wire the new one, granted with one person i just held up the fixture by the wires, put the nuts on them, and took a minute to finagle and center the piece. Save Your Money

Really wish I didnt buy this. Here are the main issues with this light: 1. Mounting - Youre bound to sit and try and slide this in and the mounting bracket slides off, its extremely frustrating and becomes tiring trying to hold it up and mount. 2. Light color switch - Terrible design flaw, strong chance as you finally do get this light to properly line up and mount it toggles the switch on the light to a different color. Have fun with that. 3. Cheap - Not only as in price but in quality...

Poor Design

It's very bright when you can finally get it to work after endless tries to fit into the bracket. Won't reiterate what others have said but would definitely not recommended this product nor installing by yourself. Without the hook to keep in place, color switch changing while making numerous attempts to fit it into the bracket, it will be exhausting to hold up that long. Nice looking light fixture... Poor design.

I wanted this right away when I seen it at Lowe's. It is a good looking light fixture. I was indecisive about making the jump from the $12.99 Cheapo glass light fixture to this at $50.00. In short... Pretty good, but not perfect

Overall very sleek, modern, bright and works as intended. Installation was easy, took about 15 minutes total. 2 improvements that would make this a home run: 1. add a hook and wire to temporarily hold it hanging while you wire and 2: the color temp switch is designed very badly, and as you put the final cover on, you have to twist the light into place - which changes the color temp. Can finally see in the bathroom

Ability to change the light tones, but watch store display carefully to determine prior to installation what color you want or need in the room you are installing. I was on a 8' ladder and my son on a 5'. He held the fixture while I did the connections. Once it is connected, it's difficult to change the light variations and hold the unit. Looks nice ….. it only lasted 4 days. Not on a dimmer switch or timer. Runs about 6 hours a night. Went to turn it on tonight it flickered but wouldnt turn on. Very disappointed.

Hard to change settings

To inconvenient to change settings switch should be on side of light not on back, or have a remote

Its a perfect kitchen light. I have not installed a dimmer at this time to change the lighting settings. The selected one is great lighting for the kitchen.

nice look

This is a super way to install light. Has different temp settings that can be east changed but just twisting the light fixture and adjust the switch too needed ambience setting.

lots of light

this is a great light for my laundry room, it makes sorting clothes easier , really makes doing laundry easier, plus helps with other projects in this type of room
