What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this toilet for exceptional value, easy installation, and powerful flushing performance. Most highlight the chair height, water efficiency, and complete hardware package including wax ring and bolts. The strong flush uses minimal water while clearing waste reliably, and many complete installation in under an hour. The elongated bowl and increased height improve comfort, especially for elderly users. A few note the included seat feels cheap and easily replaceable, but overall customers consider this a reliable, budget-friendly choice they would recommend.

Would Not RecommendBought 2 sets for each of the bathrooms. Both toilets flush in the middle only. Tank for one of them developed a crack after 3 months. Not recommended

Good flushing toilet.
Would RecommendSleek design. Only drawback is the seat cover partially covers the flush handle.

THIS TOILET is junk
Would Not RecommendI purchased in my cabin remodel, and because I waited for another issue to resolve, when we finally was able to use it "brand new" it never worked. Now being over the year to return I am stuck now having to go to the manufacturer. I paid three plumbers to attempt fixing it..two-three times the cost of this NON FIXABLE toilet.

Buy this if you like problems
Would Not RecommendI bought three for my new house. Two work passably well, but not great. Low water level in the bowl seems to be a thing, but it doesn't go down. The third had the water going out of the bowl, and its replacement has had water leaking between tank and base despite new o-ring installation. It got worse with the new ring installation. Returning and buying a more expensive toilet.

Not flat nitemare
Would Not RecommendOurs is not flat on bottom. Has come loose over and over and over. My floor is tile and flat..metal flange is good. I've spent over $200 for plumbers to come over and over to reset....but it keeps coming loose..it lasts for a month or so then have to tight one side then it won't tighten anymore so plumber has to come back. Lowes says to contact tge manufacturer for limited lifetime warranty...well that's in Shangtan china!!!!! Lowes won't help.dont but Lowes pro brand they are junk. Spend tge ex...

Best Toilet ever!
Would RecommendThis toilet was one we purchased about 2 years ago. It is still working great. When we needed a new one we came back to you and you still had this fantastic-working toilet. It is quiet, and very efficient. PROJECT SOURCE is highly recommended.
