Look very carefully before you install!

The toilet looked nice but it had a defective bowl. It looks like the manufacturer tried to repair it before it left the factory. It has a hole that seeps water every time you flush it. The toilet was special order because of the color (Oyster). I had to uninstall it and make a 42 mile round trip to return it to the nearest store. Now I have to wait till the money is refunded to my card plus another week to get a new toilet. Also plan on buying a better toilet seat because, even with extreme car...

Do not have delivered

I have ordered this toilet 2 times and both times it has come damaged. Lowe's (oh get this they don't take any accountability because they are not the delivery service, it is FedEx's problem). I don't have a truck so that is why i selected delivery. Now i have to find a way to get iot back to lowe's again to get my mioney back. As big as Lowe's is they should have FedEx come back and get it. This is costing me more money that this toilet is worth.

Not flat nitemare

Ours is not flat on bottom. Has come loose over and over and over. My floor is tile and flat..metal flange is good. I've spent over $200 for plumbers to come over and over to reset....but it keeps coming loose..it lasts for a month or so then have to tight one side then it won't tighten anymore so plumber has to come back. Lowes says to contact tge manufacturer for limited lifetime warranty...well that's in Shangtan china!!!!! Lowes won't help.dont but Lowes pro brand they are junk. Spend tge ex...

Verify seat type

I bought two. One seat was broken and was missing two washers. I didn’t realize the seats were not slow close, which was my fault. By the time I bought slow close seats it cost me another $100 dollars. Other than that the toilets work fine.

Best Toilet ever!

This toilet was one we purchased about 2 years ago. It is still working great. When we needed a new one we came back to you and you still had this fantastic-working toilet. It is quiet, and very efficient. PROJECT SOURCE is highly recommended.

Flushing Problem

No matter how I adjust the ball and chain inside the tank, it frequently doesn't close when flushed. The bar that holds the chain attached to the flush ball appears to be too close together causing them to rub and get stuck in the open position too frequently.
