I bought 20 sixty pound bags for my front porch and it saves my over $300 by doing it myself. Once the ready mix was mixed with water in the mixer it was perfect.

defective out of the box
Got it installed only to find it came with a defective flush valve that wouldnt cut off. Called Lowe's customer service and they just told me to call a plumber...no attempt to make it right. Had to drive all the way back to Lowes, buy a new flush valve for the brand new toilet..which of course worked perfect. Way more of an ordeal than it needed to be.

Complete kit.
Would RecommendJust as it says on the box, this is a complete kit. I did buy a new water supply line. Thought while I was changing it out, might as well.

Great toilet for the price
Would RecommendVery happy with this toilet! It looks nice, flushes well, and the elongated chair height makes it comfortable to use. I also like the dual flush feature. Installation was straightforward and it works great. Definitely recommend!

Poor bowl design
Would Not RecommendI would not recommend this toilet. The bowl is shallow and has a very small water area, so solid waste frequently lands directly on the dry porcelain. Even when using the full-flush button, the water does not rinse the bowl properly. We constantly have to use the toilet brush after normal use. It also comes with a cheap plastic seat that is uncomfortable and actually hurts to sit on. I had to replace the seat shortly after moving in, but honestly, I should have replaced the entire cheap toilet....
