Ratings & Reviews for Project Source Danville Bone Round Chair height 12-in Rough-In WaterSense 1.6 2-piece Toilet

Excellent

Great height, rapid flushing, easy installation

great experience

flushes good, looks good, arrived in a timely manner

Water Saver

Need to flush 2 times to remove waste from bowl. To me, this uses MORE water than one without a water saver! When using VANISH to clean unit, takes 3 flushes plus a container of water to remove VANISH from sides. To save frustration, I just use a container of water to rinse sides!!!! HATE the water saver!!!!!

Toilet Broken on Arrival

It arrived broken at the base

Easy Product

Everything was included and install time was quick. This was a great buy!

Danville toilet model 3854454

Bowl water level way to low--no way to adjust for more water in bowl. Have to flush 2-3 times to remove stuck on stuff from bowl! UGH!!! Guess that is the way all appliances are made using water saver. Very flimsy seat came with unit. Love the height.

Great delivery service. Good quality

Damaged goods

The toilet was damaged in the box

You will love it!

Great color, works great!

Tank to bowl gasket needs improvement

Good dimensions for a full height toilet. For some reason the gasket between the tank and the bowl has a slight leak. This should not happen on a new install. I will have to replace. Otherwise a good product.

great

Gasket may need to be replaced

Tank to bowl gasket was the incorrect part. This caused a leak. We took the parts to Lowe’s and they replaced for free. The gasket should cover the nut completely. If it doesn’t go to Lowe’s to get the correct part.

The amount of water in the bowl seems a little low

The extra height is great

3rd time broken

This was the 3rd time item was delivered Broken, and now its out of stork surprise.

Inspect for any cracks or breakage bef the install

After a good one was received the product was good and is as described. It’s flushes nice and has nice finish. Our problem was it took three tries to get one that was not broken. First one broke in transit. Second one was delivered with a crack and finally the 3rd one is good.

Cheap Thin Material

Bottom 10” piece broken off yet the box was not damaged. How is this possible unless the material is defective or too thin? Maybe this is why cracks developed in my current AS toilet in less than 5 years.

Exact same toilet as in white but cost $50 more.

Had to special order the bone color, and it arrived with a broken seat. The store manager allowed me to exchange the seat for another in store model of a different brand.
