Would Not RecommendThe installation was a scam. The technician was courteous and professional. 5 stars for him. The complaint is directed to the Nxtlvl leadership. The Install agency didnt provide him the tool or experience to install a flange. It is not complicated with the right tool and an old home is more likely to need a flange so they should anticipate it. Instead its an excuse to demand another job and they requested $250 for that completion. This should be included in the install because it isnt complicate...

Not completely impressed
Would Not RecommendI had to have the installer come back a second time because the toilet was very wobbly. He came back and placed wedges under the toilet. The "screws" on the toilet seat then broke a couple days later. I made a trip to the store to get replacements screws. This hasn't been a great experience. I hope this is the last of the issues.
