Online orders sometimes involve a delivery charge!
Would RecommendHad to order online since I wanted a beige color. Nice commode and am pleased. However, it could not be shipped to store and had to have home delivery from factory which was $79.00. That I did not like. 😬

They informed me that I would have to physically return it to the store. I don't mind having to go to the store to return items but this is a heavy item that was damaged on delivery! If this is their policy I will be purchasing the bigger items elsewhere as I have a very small car and now have to find someone that might...
