Ratings & Reviews for Project Source Laporte White Elongated Chair height 12-in Rough-In WaterSense 1.6 GPF Dual Flush 1-piece Toilet

that's it

when I started to take it out of the box the bottom rear right was broken off I called the phone on the box and the lady that I talked took care of everything told me I could exchange it for a new one at any Lowes she was very nice and knowledgeable. I went to Lowes in Fremont, Ohio where I got the first one buy it took me 1 hour to get taken care of. I then installed it so far so good

One piece toilet

Needed a new toilet. This one was recommended. It uses less water and works really well.

Excellent toilet installation!

This toilet is exactly what we were looking for. We appreciated the prompt and excellent installation.

It will take several weeks for install

Great customer service!

Good price.

I like the chair height, but not the cheap flush trigger mechanism.

Beautiful I love how the lid comes down.

Very much plug and play

Very easy to install and easier to use with higher seat.

Valve Leaks

I installed 3 of these. Long story short - pressure falling in plumbing system and could not figure out why. Had a leak detection team ($1200+) test the entire home plumbing and it was the toilet valve that was leaking. Would be nice to get a new valve for a brand new toilet!!

Love the toilet. Nice not to have e to deal with a separate tank attachment. We tend to have issues with them coming loose due to how people it and rise from them. This one has the tank and basin integrated together. Made install faster and easier as well. I also like the dual mode flush mechanism. I bought the last two Lowe's had in stock. Sorry. ;-)

Wel worth the money

This is an easy to install (allowing that it's a heavy) toilet and it functions as good as I hoped it would. I like that it came with the wax ring and especially the soft close seat.
