Good for water not so much for fuel/water/mud mix
Would RecommendGood for water but not murky type wells. I use them to remove water/fuel from gasoline spill buckets and I have to constantly clean it and grease it. Maybe a month of use if that

Garbage. Water leaks from where hose connects
Would Not RecommendThis is absolute junk. I wish I can give it zero stars. With every draw, water leaks heavily from where the host connects. I have tried "screwing" it in tighter, but to no avail. It just makes a huge water mess. Then, when trying to unscrew the hose, it twists and twists and does not come off. I wish I can get my $45 back. What a rip-off! Couldn't even use it once.

Didn't workout of the box
Would Not RecommendWe bought this to pump out our sump during the heavy rain from Helene when our battery backup failed. My husband wore himself out trying to make this work, but the only way it would remove water was to pump and then pour out what little the barrel would hold, about 2 c. of water. Will be returning.
