I've had to special order this product as it is not carried in any local stores. However, I'm now on my THIRD order as I was sent the wrong item on my first two orders. I initially decided to do store pick-up to avoid the $80 delivery fee but I've now wasted time and money on multiple returns.
Flooring is great, delivery is not!
Would RecommendThe flooring is great. I have been having a problem getting the entire order. The people in the flooring department have been as helpful as possible, but they don’t have any information on when the rest of the order will be delivered to the store. My project is half finished and I can’t even tell the contractor when he can finish.

Be careful of display
The product itself is fine. Our flooring had been discontinued and there were a lot of options to find one close to ours. The display that Lowes had them on was the issue….. while looking at multiple ones matching ours several were not apparently in the slots allocated and they fell onto my foot, injuring my toe( yes, I was wearing shoes…. Boots as a matter of fact). So word of advice….. be very careful when standing by the display as they are not secured and can slide down. The threshold picked...
