Would RecommendHello, we have used the curbside pickup many items. This time was a bit delayed but not the problem. All 3 boards in our order has damage.

Poorly packed when shipped
Would Not RecommendShelving boards were shipped lying loose in an oversized box with just packing “pillows” thrown in. The shelves should have been bound together and should have had something to protect the corners and edges. Since they were not, the boards slid around and flopped around in the carton in transit and arrived with busted corners and edges. (The box was torn and ripped, not from mishandling by FedEx, but from poor packing on Lowe’s part.). (I thought about returning them in same box, but box would ...

Damaged product- Lowe's wouldn't give refund
Would Not RecommendDo not order this product. Someone at Lowe's selected a damaged product and shipped it via FedEx to my house. Lowe's customer service said I could only get a refund if I returned it in store. I do not have a car or live near a Lowe's, which is why I had it shipped in the first place. The packaging wasn't visibly damaged on the outside (although the packaging was terrible), so it was Lowe's fault.
