Damaged in shipping

Order product twice, once the shipper returned due to damage, the second time they delivered it. Box looked horrible and sure enough all three shelfs where chipped

This is a board. It was used as a shelf. It was awesome.

Beware delivery damage

I bought 3 of these shelves in 1 order. The box arrived beat up, and 2 of the shelves were damaged at the corners. I had read about similar delivery problems in other reviews. Unfortunately, these shelves are not available in stores, not in this popular size. And the store refused to cut the longer shelves (around 96 inches) to the length I needed. This arrived damaged. I asked for a refund or some money back. $5 was offered. If I return it, I don't get the shipping fee returned and if I order another, I assume I would be charged shipping once again. I am done with Lowe's.

Worked well. It cut nicely with a circular saw. I used this for shelves in my garage.

Shelves that were sent had flaws and chips

Shipment not packed well. I don’t know if the damage was caused in shipping or just bad items sent to begin with. I didn’t return them because they are too heavy for me (I am 71), so I am suing them anyway. Not good quality control.

Be aware of how you cut it.

I used a white melamine shelf to join two cabinets, and it worked well for the purpose. It’s sturdy and matches nicely. However, cutting it with a skill saw caused some chipping along the edges. Next time, I’ll try taping the cut line or using a finer blade for cleaner results.

Product never received

The product was shipped to the wrong address and damaged. After numerous attempts to correct this, I have given up and will purchase elsewhere.
