Rewards program stinks!
I purchased this item and it works perfectly. However the Lowe's rewards program stinks. Tried to use it but didn't have my phone with me. No amount of talking would get the clerk help me. It's going to expire in a couple of days and I can't get back in time! Not a happy Lowe's customer!!
